    About the Speaker - Sangeeta M. Matu

    Sangeeta’s professional purpose is to enable youth and leaders invested in their personal growth, to achieve professional success towards a better, principled world. She merges her experience with her purpose to support leaders in Asia.

    She has been at ASB for almost 5 years, and as of last year took on an innovative portfolio to curate the innovative Growth Mindset Program for our MBA and EMBA programs.

    • Sangeeta’s prior professional spans across Europe (UK, Denmark and France) and Asia.
    • As a former regional head at British Telecoms, she managed teams in 9 countries across Europe and Asia.
    • She has been selected for 2 highly competitive management programs – The Graduate Management program at AstraZeneca and the Fast Track Leadership program at British Telecom.
    • From 2013-2020, primarily under the banner of Fitzroy Consulting, she delivered various paid and pro-bono projects for corporates and start-ups; coached and mentored dozens of young and experienced leaders; and started a profitable but online business.

    Sangeeta is currently a Board Director for the Malaysian-Danish Chamber of Commerce, and a FutureLab and UN’s Girls4Girls mentor.
