    About the Webinar

Asia School of Business does Action Learning unlike any other school. Featuring MIT Sloan’s Action Learning pedagogy, we believe strongly that effective learning happens only when combining the mind, hand and heart – with Action Learning projects done each semester.

Join Professor Loredana Padurean (Associate Dean & Director of Action Learning), Ashley Suelyn a Corporate Action Learning host (Chief of Staff at Socar),and two current MBA & MBA-WP students as they discuss the experience and benefits of Action Learning during the MBA experience. This includes sharing from their Entrepreneurial Trek, which they are currently undergoing!

Led by Professor Loredana, the panel will share how, through Action Learning, they have grown personally and professionally (Smart and Sharp skills), how Action learning is shaping their career decisions including how the students prepare students for the job market as a result of their Action Learning experiences. We will also hear from the benefits of hosting a corporate project from a previous Action Learning host.

    Topics covered include:

    • What Action Learning looks like at the ASB MBA & MBA-WP Program
    • Impact of the AL projects and Entrepreneurial trek for students and host companies
    • Skills gained during AL experiences
    • Q&A session
