日系・欧州系・米系企業で20年以上にわたり人事に携わる。日本とシンガポールでの勤務経験があり、複数のグローバル企業で人事部門のリーダーを務めた。2026年1月、ASB Executive MBAで学ぶため、クアラルンプールに移った。

Yu Hashiguchi
ASB Executive MBA 2027 Candidate

Yu Hashiguchi has more than 20 years of HR experience with Japanese, European, and American companies. She has worked in both Japan and Singapore and held senior HR leadership positions at several global companies. She moved to Kuala Lumpur in January 2026 to begin the ASB Executive MBA program.

Reina Shishikura works within the Career Development Office at the Asia School of Business, delivering career strategy, coaching, and corporate partnerships for MBA students, while also managing the school's Japan desk and strategic initiatives. She brings broad experience in international higher education, including leading career services at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany and holding previous higher education roles at the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).

An ICF-certified coach and Birkman consultant, Reina leverages her global background—spanning Japan, North America, and international communities—to help leaders navigate cross-cultural career moves, craft compelling personal brands, and build strength-based leadership strategies.
